DMX Literally Lands in Jail
DMX is making a point of getting to know the bars everywhere he goes.
The beleaguered rapper was arrested for the third time in two weeks Wednesday when he landed in Phoenix and deplaned right into the cold embrace of an outstanding warrant issued when he, among other things, missed a court hearing.
DMX was flying in from Florida, where he was busted twice last week—on June 23 for driving with an invalid license and then four days later for allegedly trying to purchase marijuana and cocaine from an undercover cop.
Poison Drummer Rocks out to Freedom
Rikki Rockett can go back to nonchalantly tossing his hair around.
Rape charges against the Poison drummer have been dropped after Mississippi prosecutors established that Rockett was in California when the alleged crime was committed.
The 46-year-old rocker was arrested in March at LAX upon his arrival from New Zealand and booked at Los Angeles County Jail on a felony fugitive sexual assault warrant issued in Neshoba County, Miss.
"We got a call form the DA, and he had received a phone call that said, to the effect, that they knew they had the wrong person," Rockett told TMZ.com, which caught up with the rocker on the street Saturday.
DMX Busted Again, Again
DMX can run, but he can't hide from trouble. Especially if he walks right up to it and demands it kick his butt.
The rapper, who's currently facing animal-cruelty charges in Arizona, was arrested Friday afternoon in Miami after he allegedly tried to buy drugs from an undercover cop.
According to the police report obtained by the Miami Herald, DMX approached the officer and asked for ''30 powder and 15 weed," aka $30 worth of cocaine and $15 of marijuana.

Hathaway Ex Busted for Big Business Blunder
UPDATE: During a hearing Tuesday afternoon, a federal judge ordered that Raffaello Follieri be held on $21 million bail on charges of bilking investors out of between $2.5 million and $6 million by pretending to be a real estate point man for the Vatican.
"In short, your honor, he is a con man," U.S. Attorney Reed Michael Brodsky said in court. "He was able to con a lot of people out of a lot of money over a long period of time."
Until he posts bail, at least $16 million of which must come from his own liquid assets, Raffaello is confined to his New York home.
"This is one the stiffest bail packages I have ever seen," his attorney, Flora Edwards, told reporters outside the courthouse. "We are going to do everything we can to meet it."
Meanwhile, a rep for Follieri told the New York Daily News that he is planning to "vigorously" defend himself against the charges.
A status hearing has been set for July 9.
Bad Karma? Boy George Banned in the USA
Call it tit for tat: Fresh off of the U.K.'s denial of entry to Martha Stewart, the U.S. has banned Boy George from its shores.
Somehow, it doesn't quite feel like a fair trade.
The "Karma Chameleon" purveyor has been refused a visa for the U.S. leg of his summer tour, which was to include a special performance for his former colleagues at New York's Department of Sanitation, over complications arising from the singer's criminal past and pending his London trial this November.

According to the Daily Telegraph, which first reported the rebuff, Stewart was due to touch down across the pond this weekend, and was booked to speak at the Royal Academy as well as meet with several fashion and leader industry heavyweights.
"It is a bit silly given some of the other people allowed into the country," an official told the paper.
